Lisa Smith-Strother

Lisa Smith-Strother is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Employer and Diversity TA Branding at RELX since June 2018. In addition to this role, Lisa holds positions on the Board of TALK, the largest society for Talent Acquisition professionals, and as a Diversity Advisory Board Member for ProvenBase, which focuses on sourcing diverse candidates using AI. Previously, Lisa held senior roles at Ericsson and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, driving global strategies in employer branding and recruitment marketing. Lisa's career also includes significant marketing leadership positions at The Bancorp Bank, M&T Bank, NatWest Bank, Wachovia, and American Express. Lisa's educational background includes advanced degrees in Marketing from Temple University and Diversity Equity Inclusion Leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
