Mehul Chadha began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Aricent in 2009. Mehul then joined IIT Delhi as a Research Associate, where they focused on bare metal hypervisors and multi-threaded multi-process systems. After that, they worked at VMware as an Intern-MTS, contributing to throughput improvement in the VMxnet3 virtual device driver. Chadha then moved on to Rice University as a Research Associate, conducting various research projects.

In 2014, they became a Software Engineer at PernixData, specializing in software development. Mehul later joined Balbix as a founding engineer in the network sensor team, where they developed and implemented network-based sensors. In 2018, they joined Palo Alto Networks as a Software Engineer, leading projects related to performance and cryptography for their distributed firewall. Mehul also worked on cloud-native Palo Alto Firewalls.

Currently, Chadha is employed as a Compiler Engineer at Relyance AI since 2023.

Mehul Chadha pursued their education with a focus on computer science and computer engineering(IT). Mehul began their academic journey in 2005 at Pune Institute of Computer Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Engineering(IT) in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Mehul furthered their education at Rice University from 2011 to 2014. During this period, they were engaged in a Master of Science (MS) research program in Computer Science, which they ultimately discontinued without completing their Ph.D.
