MEHMET ELMAS

Mehmet Elmas has over 20 years of experience in construction project management. MEHMET is currently working as a Construction Project Manager for RELYANT Global, LLC, focusing on projects for the Department of State. Prior to that, they worked as a Construction Project Manager for RA International, managing UN projects in Somalia. MEHMET also served as a Project Coordinator for Navigator International, LLC, overseeing projects for the US Embassy and US Bases in Iraq. Moreover, they have worked as a Project Manager for EMTA Construction Co. Inc. (EMTA Insaat A.S.), leading projects for the US Army in Afghanistan. MEHMET started their career as a Site Engineer for SILAHTAROGLU Group, specializing in road construction projects in Turkey. Additionally, they have experience as a Founder of TIBEV Construction and Construction Manager for Navigator International, LLC. Overall, Mehmet Elmas has a diverse background in construction project management, with a focus on government and international projects.

Mehmet Elmas completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BSc.) degree in Civil Engineering from Anadolu University, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. MEHMET obtained the PMI-Project Management Program certification from Bahcesehir University in May 2021. In December 2012, they obtained the Construction Quality Control Management certification from CCTC (US Corps of Engineers). MEHMET also holds certifications in Building Energy Performance Management, TS-825 Building Thermal Insulation Productivity, and Water Proofing, which they obtained in May 2011 from İYEM (İzocam Yalıtım Eğitim Merkezi).
