Stephen Diana

Stephen Diana has extensive experience in the food service and culinary industries, currently serving as a part-time Food Service Worker at Rema Foods Inc since February 2023. As a Lifestyle Manager and Personal Chef for JP De Oliveira Marriage and Family Professional Corporation since April 2019, Stephen oversees scheduling, event coordination, and meal preparation tailored to specific dietary needs. Previously, Stephen held the role of Sales Manager and Corporate Chef at Winona Foods from October 2012 to March 2019, where successful events and trade shows were executed while identifying new product opportunities. From September 2001 to June 2012, Stephen worked as a Corporate Chef/Sales at Amazatto Foods & Marketing, promoting signature brand products to food service providers. Early in a career, Stephen was a Field Service Pharmacy Technician at Covenant Care from June 1995 to September 2001, managing the Enteral feeding program for 200 patients and overseeing supply tracking for Medicare purposes.
