Omar Najjar

Omar Najjar serves as Deputy CEO of Misk Foundation since January 2019, leading various initiatives including Misk Academy, Misk Initiative Center, and the development of the 2030 Leaders program. Najjar has also played a key role in launching several program tracks focusing on skills, leadership, community, and entrepreneurship, as well as the Saudi Unicorn Program. Additionally, Najjar holds multiple board positions including NRC Member at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co. and Jeddah Development Authority, along with serving as a board member and NRC Chair for health clusters in Jeddah and Taif. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of Saudi Ground Services and Executive Vice President at TASNEE, overseeing P&L responsibilities in the downstream sector. Najjar earned an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
