Hani Baothman

Hani Baothman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in investment and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and NRC Chairman at Retal and as a Board Member at MBL - Modern Building Leaders, Hani has previously held positions such as Chairman of the Board at INOKS Capital SA and Chief Executive Officer at a Private Family Office. Hani founded Sidra Capital and served as its Managing Director and Chairman of the Board. Additional board memberships include KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY and Uptown Jeddah, where Hani also held the role of Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Hani started a career in investment management with firms like SEDCO and Islamic Development Bank after earning an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Reading.
