Justin Shieck

Justin Shieck is an experienced professional in the field of thermite welding and railroad quality assurance. Currently serving as a Thermite Welder Foreman at REMCAN Projects since October 2021, Justin previously held the position of Supervisor Rail & Quality at CN, where responsibilities included scheduling and overseeing Rail Flaw Detection trucks, as well as conducting safety and compliance audits for welding crews and grinding trains. Justin's earlier experience includes roles as a Thermite Welding Foreman and Thermite Welder at REMCAN Projects LP and OWS Railroad Construction & Maintenance Ltd., respectively, with a focus on thermite welding operations in the Greater Toronto Area.
