Kathleen Chagnon

Kathleen Chagnon has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Kathleen started their career as an Associate at O'Melveny and Myers in 1985. From there, they worked as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson until 1994. Kathleen then joined The Saint Paul Companies, Inc. as Vice President, Corporate Group General Counsel, a position they held until 2002. Kathleen then joined Constellation Energy as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary from 2002 to 2004. Kathleen later worked at DLA Piper/Saul Ewing as a Partner from 2005 to 2007. In 2006, Kathleen joined AIG as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer until 2008. Kathleen then moved on to become the Director, Executive Officer, and Corporate Secretary at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in 2004. Most recently, Kathleen served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Remedi SeniorCare starting from 2009.

Kathleen Chagnon holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with a concentration in International Law from Columbia Law School. Kathleen completed their legal education from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Stanford University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with Honors. During their time at Stanford, they focused on French Literature. Additionally, they attended Universite de Paris (Sorbonne) until 1980, specializing in French Literature.
