Ray Harper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the VP of HR & Compliance at REMEDI8® since August 2022, managing corporate compliance, HR functions, and safety programs. Previously, Ray held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fire Door Solutions from January 2015 to August 2022, overseeing all aspects of HR and legal administration. Ray's experience also includes roles such as Director of Administration at Encore Hospitality Services and Director of Emerging Markets at Towne Park. Prior experience includes directing HR and risk management at Avascend Hospitality Services and serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Military Police Corps for the US Army. Education includes attendance at the Community College of the Air Force from 1989 to 1994.
