Amy has over 30 years in the pharmacy industry, excelling at developing internal and external stakeholders in order to maximize initiatives, with an emphasis in operations and client relationship management. Her experience began as a retail pharmacy technician and progressed into pharmacy benefits management, with the longest tenure at Express Scripts. She has held various roles, including operations, implementations, benefits recommendations, plan design analysis, sales support for RFPs, and retention efforts. Her attentiveness and work ethic have earned awards, accolades, and consistently high client satisfaction scores throughout her career. She is thrilled to be a part of the Remedy team and will use her uncompromising commitment to help deliver solutions that control drug spend while helping to protect the best interest of her clients.
