Nikita Jaiswal

Nikita is a key member of the team responsible for the development and maintenance of customer-facing analytical products to track performance, provide insights and guidance, and forecast trends associated with clients’ prescription drug spend. She serves as an internal and external data consultant and partner to internal business units focusing on clinical analytics, actuarial analytics, and the development of the foundational architecture and methodologies that underpin the PharmaLogic® platform. Prior to joining Remedy, Nikita worked as a Data Analyst at McKinsey & Co., where she focused on formulating technical solutions and applying them to business applications for diverse client situations. She worked with clients and consulting teams to perform complex data analysis and modeling that created the foundations for relevant recommendations into client studies and internal projects. Nikita completed her master’s in business analytics from the University of Illinois Chicago while completing a concurrent internship at Boeing Global Services.
