Pamela D. Lyons M. Div. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis, consulting, and training. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CGI since May 2017 and at REMEDYBIZ INC as a Senior Function Analyst since February 2016, Pamela has a strong background in delivering training and support for complex systems, particularly within the USAID framework. Previous roles include Consultant and Business Systems Analyst positions at DPW Training Associates and CACI, respectively, as well as a Project Lead at Compusearch Software Systems, where Pamela was instrumental in the deployment of the USAID Global Acquisition System. With a degree in Industrial Technology from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University, Pamela combines technical expertise with a solid educational foundation.
