Sergei Serdechny

Sergei Serdechny has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product management, business analysis, project management, and delivery oversight. Sergei started their career at Gurtam in 2013 as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing backlog, planning development processes, and engaging stakeholders. From 2018 to 2019, Sergei worked at HQSoftware as a Project Manager and Account Manager, focusing on project delivery, resource management, and building long-term relationships. In 2019, they joined Onde as a Business Analyst, where they handled product management responsibilities such as gathering requirements and prioritizing features. At InCountry, Sergei worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, supervising trust and security department initiatives and coordinating cross-team collaboration. Currently, they serve as a Product Manager at Remedy Product Studio, overseeing the full range of product development activities for start-ups, including business analysis, project management, and product management responsibilities. Sergei also mentors a team of eight product managers and takes care of their hiring and growth plans.

Sergei Serdechny pursued their education from 2022 to 2025 at the European Leadership University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science.
