Preethi Ramachandran

Preethi Ramachandran is a Senior Patent Associate at Remfry & Sagar since March 2023, specializing in patent drafting, prosecution, opposition, and searching across various jurisdictions. Previous experience includes serving as a Patent Analyst at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, where responsibilities encompassed patent prosecution and advising clients on national phase patents and patentability analysis. Preethi has also worked as a Scientific Analyst at Molecular Connections, focusing on patent and non-patent literature searches and analyzing the efficacy, toxicity, and bioavailability of products. Additional educational engagements include participation in the WIPO-India Summer School, enhancing knowledge in intellectual property rights, PCT processes, and patenting in pharmaceuticals. Preethi holds multiple degrees, including an LLB from Karnataka State Law University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR University.
