Prior to this role, Joanna S. served as the RMT and founder of New Westminster Massage Therapy Clinic from 2018 to 2020. Joanna S. also has experience in emergency communications, having worked as an Emergency Communications Operator for the Hamilton Police Service in Hamilton, Ontario, from 2012 to 2016.
