Himanjit Phukan

Himajit Phukan began their work experience as a Management Trainee at Innovsource, where they cold-called prospective clients for Recruitment & Compliance Services. Himanjit then went on to become an Assistant Manager at Innovsource, where they were responsible for operations for existing clients. Himanjit then joined Gi Group as an Assistant Manager, where they handled Recruitment & Operations for the Eastern Region. Himanjit later worked at Avsar HR Services as a Manager, handling recruitment and operations for E-commerce and Logistics clients. Himanjit then joined SARACA as a Talent Acquisition & Account Management professional, responsible for talent acquisition of IT professionals. Currently, they are working at Remidio as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Human Resources.

Himanjit Phukan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Management in the years 2011-2014. Himanjit continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from 2014-2016.
