LIAM SHARON

Liam Sharon has worked in the food industry since 2006, starting as a Food Technologist at Hamahleva. In 2010, they moved to GAT Foods, also as a Food Technologist. In 2013, they were hired as Chief R&D and Technology at GAD DAIRY. In 2021, they became Head of food R&D and Head of food technology at Remilk.

Liam Sharon obtained a Master of Science in Food Biochemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2012 and 2016, and a BSC Hounor in Food Science from Heriot-Watt University between 2002 and 2006.
