James Fenley has a long history of software engineering experience. James began their career as a Jr. Systems Test Engineer at Activision in 2006. In 2007, they took on the role of Production Tester at Neversoft Entertainment. In 2010, they became a Software Engineer at TrickPlay Inc., where they created software solutions that bridged TV, the Internet, and Mobile. In 2012, they joined Booyah as an iOS Systems Platform Engineer, where they were a key member of the Core Platform Team and built 1st party iOS development tools. Finally, in 2013, they joined Remind as a Staff Software Engineer - Mobile & Backend, a role they held until present day.
James Fenley attended Notre Dame High School - Sherman Oaks from 2001 to 2005, graduating with a High School Diploma. James then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering. In 2020, James Fenley obtained an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
