Ray Polanco is currently the COO at Remind. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Customer Success at Egnyte from March 2017 to May 2018. Before Egnyte, they were at Lyris Inc from May 2007 to December 2010 as the Vice President / Customer Success and Global Support.

At Lyris Inc, Ray successfully led a team that included the VPs / Directors/ Senior Managers of the following departments: Account Management, Install Base Sales, Service Sales, Technical Consultants, Product Evangelists, Support Services, Systems and Tools, Creative Services, Full Services, and Service Operations. Their focus on Customer Lifetime Value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores resulted in him exceeding their quota with 108% achievement of Install base revenue. Additionally, they increased customer satisfaction survey results by 20% year over year and reduced technical support costs by 13% through implementation of on-line support services and a metrics-driven strategy.
