Selina Sotomayor

Selina Sotomayor has a diverse work experience. Selina began their career in 2014 as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program @ Google LA and as a Research Assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research. In 2016, they were a Teaching Instructor at Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program @ Moody's Analytics and a Digital Senior Analyst at Accenture. Selina also held the role of Digital Analyst at Accenture. Finally, in 2019, they were a Data Analyst at Remind. During their time at Accenture, they analyzed web data in Google Analytics, forecasted web and sales pipeline data in R, analyzed event survey data, assessed customer satisfaction of hardware products, performed analysis in R, identified opportunities to reduce call center costs, analyzed web, call center, and self-service data in SQL and R, and created data visualizations using Python and D3.js.

Selina Sotomayor graduated from Wellesley College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
