Mac Sandoval Csm®

Mac Sandoval CSM® currently serves as the Director of IT Service Delivery at Remington Hospitality since July 2023. Previously, Mac held notable positions at HCL Technologies, including Associate IT General Manager and Program Manager from March 2019 to March 2023, overseeing significant projects in a global technology environment. Prior to that, at Conduent, a digital business solutions provider, Mac worked as IT Service Delivery Manager with a focus on SharePoint and OneDrive services from November 2016 to March 2019. Mac’s career also includes roles at Xerox as Siebel Release Manager and Architect, and at GE Capital as Senior IT Service Delivery Manager and Application Development Manager. Mac holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Texas Pan American.
