Stephanie Bauer

Stephanie Bauer Ribbs has a strong and extensive background in the hospitality industry. Stephanie is currently the Divisional Vice President of Operations at Remington Hospitality, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Hospitality Ventures Management Group from January 2019 to October 2021. Stephanie also worked as the EVP, Asset Management at AVANA Capital from July 2018 to January 2019.

Before their roles in management and operations, Stephanie held various positions at Westmont Hospitality Group, starting as the General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Berkeley Marina from April 2010 to January 2014. Stephanie then became the Regional Operations Director, overseeing the operations of ten hotels and leading teams of 120 managers and 850 team members. Stephanie also played a key role in the transformation and rebranding of the Manhattan Beach Marriott & Golf Club into westdrift, Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott.

Stephanie's earlier experience includes working as the General Manager of the San Mateo Marriott at Tarsadia Hotels from November 2006 to April 2010, and the General Manager of The Lodge at Tiburon at Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants from May 2006 to November 2006. Stephanie also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa at Woodside Hotels from July 2004 to April 2006.

Stephanie'scareer in the hospitality industry began at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, where they worked as a General Manager from June 1996 to January 2004. In this role, they managed all operations for a four-star property with 421 rooms and revenue of up to $31 million annually.

Stephanie Bauer Ribbs had a brief educational experience in 2001, attending Cornell University for an Executive Leadership program. Stephanie then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Rocky Mountain College.
