Yaguang Si

Yaguang Si is an accomplished biologist with significant expertise in oncology and drug discovery. Currently serving as Senior Director of Biology at Remix Therapeutics since February 2025, Yaguang has co-led an oncology program targeting key oncogenes and developed strategies to enhance the drug discovery process. Previously, Yaguang held various leadership roles at Parabilis Medicines from September 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing preclinical biology activities and advancing therapeutic candidates for Wnt pathway mutant cancers. Prior experiences at Agios Pharmaceuticals involved leading projects on novel oncology targets and developing assays for drug discovery. Yaguang holds a PhD in Biology/Biotechnology from Tufts University and a BS in Life Sciences from Fudan University.
