Djanira Barros

Djanira Barros is currently working as an Analista de RH at Remo Engenharia, where Djanira is responsible for all stages of the selection process, from aligning profiles with managers to conducting high-volume recruitment processes. Djanira also has experience in recruitment and selection at Lyon Engenharia, Radar Medicina E Seguranca Do Trabalho, and UniBH - Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte. Additionally, Djanira has a background in Técnico Operacional de Saúde at FHEMIG and experience as a Psicóloga Jr at Destak RH. Djanira holds a degree in Psychology from PUC Minas with an emphasis on Resources Humanos and an MBA in Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas from Centro Universitário UNA. In March 2023, Djanira will be pursuing a degree in Neurobusiness at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
