Aleksandra Szapar serves as the Product Operations Lead at OLX since August 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Design Ops PMO, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and collaboration were achieved. As a co-founder of Remote-how, Inc. since October 2017, Aleksandra has played a vital role in driving business initiatives. Prior experience includes prominent roles such as Head of Growth and UX Project Manager at Mobee Dick, and Product Marketing Manager at Shopgate Inc., focusing on comprehensive project management, client relations, and marketing strategies. Aleksandra's academic background includes a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, complemented by training in Remote Management.
