Mario Novoa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Global Total Rewards Partner, Mario previously held the position of Employee Experience Manager at Foundever, where leadership focused on employee recognition, wellness programs, and compensation for over 4,500 employees. With a strong background in designing compensation frameworks at BairesDev and revamping compensation strategies at SYKES El Salvador for more than 4,000 employees, Mario has consistently driven improvements in employee retention and engagement. Additionally, leadership experience includes roles at World Vision El Salvador and World Vision, where focus areas included organizational development and comprehensive employee lifecycle management. Mario holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
