Christopher Roake, MBA has over a decade of experience in the professional world. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at NPC International, where they were responsible for staffing, inventory, budgeting and accomplishing company KPIs. During their tenure, they were able to improve standard operating procedures by effectively improving store forecasting and accurate reporting. These changes allowed better detection of product waste, and ability to fulfill consumer demand to capture additional sales. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Territory Area Manager at PMA USA (Performance Matters Associates, Inc.), where they directed and motivated the team to hit sales goals and provided coaching opportunities in the field with each member to offer advice and techniques they can use to improve closing rates. Christopher also conducted daily team jump start meetings to celebrate team successes and foster camaraderie. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Smart Home Technician Area Team Lead at Vivint Smart Home, where they assisted in inventory management and reporting, and was responsible for ensuring quality standards were being met by installation crews, as well as ensuring KPIs were being met and performance plans and mentoring were leveraged when necessary. Currently, they work as a Senior Manager, Implementation at SmartRent, and will start as a Sr Project Manager at RemoteLock in 2022.

Christopher Roake holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2020. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Capella University, which they obtained in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in November 2020.
