Roman Stelmakh

Roman Stelmakh has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Roman is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at RemotePass since April 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at OnApp, where they served as the Director of Engineering from November 2021 to February 2022 and as the VP of Engineering from April 2020 to December 2021.

From October 2017 to November 2020, Roman worked at Future Dialog as the CTO. During their tenure, they played a significant role in building the company from a small startup to a fully functional organization with a dedicated team of engineers, testers, and designers. Roman was responsible for establishing the company's office and handling various company-building activities.

Before joining Future Dialog, Roman held positions at Midealab as the Mobile Lead from November 2015 to October 2017, at Skelia as the Lead Android Developer from March 2016 to February 2017, and at Perfectial as the Senior Android Software Engineer from November 2015 to March 2016.

Roman's earlier work experience includes roles at Diligences Inc. as the Android Lead from July 2014 to November 2015, at WithMyFriends.org as an Android Software Engineer and CTO from September 2013 to June 2014, and at Lemberg Solutions Limited as a Java Software Engineer from December 2009 to August 2013.

Roman Stelmakh attended various educational institutions to obtain their qualifications in computer science. Roman began their educational journey at Chervonohrad Mining and Economic College, where they completed a Junior Specialist degree in Computer Sciences from 2004 to 2008. Roman then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from the National University of Foresty and Wood Technology from 2008 to 2010. Roman continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at the National University of Foresty and Wood Technology, having started in 2015. In addition, Roman has also obtained certifications in various subjects such as project initiation, AWS Cloud technical essentials, and foundations of project management from Coursera in the year 2022.
