Sarah Zhu has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sarah started their career as a Store HR Manager at Carrefour from 1998 to 2002. Sarah then served as HR Manager of the China Central-West Region at Carrefour from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined Philips Lighting as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2008. Sarah then worked at Alstom Nuclear China as a Training and Development Manager from 2008 to 2009, a Recruitment & Selection Manager from 2009 to 2010, and finally as HR Head of Alstom Nuclear China from 2010 to 2013. Their latest position was at Remy International, where they served as the China HR Director starting from December 2013.

Remy has two main locomotive facilities in North America: Peru, Indiana and Winnipeg, Canada.
