Maggie Dong

Maggie Dong is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the China HR Director at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since June 2012. Prior to this role, Maggie held several HR positions at Philips Lighting from 2004 to 2012, progressing from Staffing Manager to Senior HR Manager. At Philips & Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd., positions included Staffing & Rewards Manager and Rewards and T&D Manager.
