John Hutt

John Hutt is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of Culinary Engineering at REMY Robotics since July 2019, John previously held significant positions at the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD), where responsibilities included overseeing the culinary aspects and operating the museum's food lab. Additionally, John worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Harbor Space University, focusing on food design and technology. John has an extensive background in restaurant operations, having held various positions from Commis Chef to Executive Chef across global establishments, including a tenure at El Bulli where research on food history and future trends was conducted. Past editorial experience includes serving as Editor at Large for Musée Magazine, managing content creation for both print and online formats.
