Wayne Hildebrand

Wayne Hildebrand has extensive experience in the manufacturing and testing of specialized equipment, with a focus on semiconductor wet process technology and medical device packaging. As a Final Integration and Test Technician and Production Manager for RENA Technologies North America since April 2018, Wayne oversees project management for equipment builds and upgrades. Prior to this role, Wayne served as a Working Supervisor at Rhetech, directing a team in semiconductor equipment manufacture, and as an Electro-Mechanical Technician at URANIA ENGINEERING, where responsibilities included the setup and testing of FDA approved medical devices. Wayne began a career in electronics as an Electronic Technician with Accu-Sort Systems Inc., performing optical and electrical setups. Wayne holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology from Lincoln Tech, completed in 1992.
