Paola Andrea Beltran Giraldo

Paola Andrea Beltran Giraldo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and financial management. Currently serving as a Líder sênior at Rena Ware since May 2018, Paola focuses on generating new business in Colombia, implementing marketing strategies, and forming and supporting sales teams. Prior to this role, Paola had a decade-long tenure at Siemens S.A Colombia, where responsibilities included serving as Financial Controller, leading the cost evaluation and approval processes for energy projects, and managing commercial project activities across the Andean region. Paola holds a Specialist degree in Finance with an emphasis on project evaluation from Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as Bachelor degrees in Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona and Universidad EAN.
