Shane Moran is a seasoned Cloud Solutions Lead at Rena Ware, responsible for managing Azure infrastructure and the Salesforce Platform, along with overseeing the Cloud Based Direct Sales software, Exigo, since July 2017. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Cloud Services Technician at Compudyne, Inc., diagnosing and resolving various Cloud-related issues, and held positions as a Business Analyst at Vizor, where responsibilities included troubleshooting helpdesk issues on an international scale and managing infrastructure changes. Shane's earlier experience includes multiple technical roles at Compudyne and Vizor, where diagnostic and analytical skills were honed. Shane holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from NUI Galway and a degree in Information Systems Management from GMIT.
