Douglas Lezameta Risco has a diverse range of work experience. Douglas started their career as a Business Advisors Generalist at SBDC (HISPANC SATELITE) from December 2012 to September 2016. From there, they moved on to become the Chairman and Executive Director of Hispanic Services & Solutions, where they offered workshops and conferences on various topics and provided social services. In 2009, they became the Chairman and Executive Director of Renacer, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the capabilities of Hispanic owners and managers of small businesses.
