Michael Mastricolo has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being the Director of Market Development at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Guardian Life, where they held various positions including Director of Marketing and Communications, Project Manager, Change Agent, Group Distribution, Business Development Manager, and Market Development Manager from 2005 to 2020.
