Michael Sosnovsky

Michael Sosnovsky has been Deputy CEO of ONEXIM Group since May 2007. He was a member of the Board at OPIN since December 2008 till February 2017. From 2014 to 2016 he was a Board member at Urakali. At present, he serves as Chairman of the Board at Quadra. Michael has a vast experience in corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Before joining ONEXIM Group, he held the position of Vice-President and Adviser to CEO of Norilsk Nickel and represented the company on the Board of Directors at Gold Fields. In 2000-2003, Michael served as General Counsel and Vice-President of LV Finance. Prior to that, he practiced law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Michael graduated magna cum laude from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs (MGIMO).
