Pavel Kotov

Pavel Kotov has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Pavel has worked in various roles in different companies. Pavel began their career as a Summer Intern at Troika Dialog in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of Middle Office Specialist. Pavel then worked as a REPO & Securities Lending Trader at Troika Dialog before joining Sberbank CIB as a REPO & Securities Lending Senior Trader. Pavel then moved to Renaissance Capital where they held positions such as Head of REPO & Financing, Director, and Managing Director / Head of Securities Finance & Structuring. Currently, Pavel is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at MOON STORES Dubai.

Pavel Kotov pursued their education at the State University of Management (SUM) from 2005 to 2010, earning a degree in Economics. In 2020, they attended Stanford University for a brief period to study Influence and Negotiation Strategies.
