Vladimir Zakharov

Vladimir Zakharov has a strong work experience in the field of information security. Vladimir started their career as an Information Security Officer and Data Protection Manager at Syngenta in April 2004. Vladimir then moved to KPMG in July 2008, where they worked as an Information Security Supervisor until September 2015. Currently, Vladimir is working at Renaissance Capital as the Head of IT Security, a position they have held since September 2015.

Vladimir Zakharov obtained a Master's degree in an unspecified field of study from Moscow State Open University (MSOU) from 1998 to 2002. Vladimir then attended the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University) from 2002 to 2004, focusing on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: GCFA from GIAC in March 2013, CISSP from ISC(2) in January 2013, CEH from EC-Council in September 2011, and MCSE 2003:Security from Microsoft in 2007.
