Nina MacLean (Assoc CIPD)

Nina Maclean, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the People Services Manager at Renaissance Care (Scotland) since April 2022. Previously, Nina held the position of Head of People at Bluebird Care from March 2011 to April 2022, where notable achievements include receiving the Scottish Care Award for Staff Training and Development in 2017 and being named Scottish Care Coordinator of the Year in 2012. Additionally, Nina was the Branch Manager at Reed Social Care from November 2009 to February 2011. Academic qualifications include an Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Avado (2015-2016) and studies at Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies (1997-1999).
