Shaquilla Hamlett

Shaquilla Hamlett currently serves as the Fifth Grade Team Lead and STEM Teacher at Renaissance Charter School at Plantation, where responsibilities include supervising 96 fifth-grade students, supporting the teaching team, and organizing STEM activities. Previous experience includes academic tutoring at Parliament Tutors and Huntington Learning Center, a professional petsitting role, and various positions related to animal care, including a veterinary assistant at Banfield Animal Hospital and an animal well-being intern at Zoo Miami Foundation. Shaquilla holds a Master's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from North Carolina State University.
