Beth Houtrow

Beth Houtrow is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in supporting small business owners, particularly women, POC, and low-income entrepreneurs, through roles at Climb - The Small Business Book Club and the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. As the founder of Climb, Beth fosters a community focused on collaborative learning and growth among founders. Previously, Beth served as Director of Operations at StartOut, leading the organization's transition to a virtual and in-person accelerator, and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the World Flying Disc Federation and the Korea Ultimate Players Association. With an academic background including a Master's in Public Policy from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Beth combines educational expertise with a passion for empowering diverse entrepreneurial communities.
