Toyin Ojo

Toyin Ojo has a range of experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Toyin is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Emerson from 2017 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas division. Before that, they held positions at SGS, where they were an HR Director from 2016 to 2017 and an HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2017. Toyin'searlier experience includes working as an HR Manager at Firmenich from 2007 to 2014 and as an HR Generalist at GEICO from 2002 to 2006. Throughout their career, they have focused on talent management, strategic HR projects, employee relations, and employee engagement.

Toyin Ojo, MHRM, PHR has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The City College of New York, which was obtained between 1997 and 2001. They then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (MHRM) from Rutgers University, earning the degree between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Toyin Ojo has obtained two additional certifications. They completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education in August 2023 and obtained a membership in the SHRM Executive Network from SHRM Executive Network in May 2023.
