Rachel Davidson has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Rachel has held various roles, starting from being an ESL Department-Office Support at Guilford County Schools in 2007 to their current position as the Area Vice President of Customer Success at Renaissance Learning since October 2022. Throughout their career, Rachel has worked in different organizations such as the Tennessee Department of Education, Davidson Education Consulting, Indiana Youth Institute, Indiana Department of Education, Metropolitan School District of Washington Township, Knox County R1 School District, and Asheboro City Schools. In these roles, they have gained experience in areas such as academic intervention, strategic planning, program evaluation, professional development, coordination, and support for English language learners. Rachel's extensive background in education equips their with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their current role as Area Vice President of Customer Success.

Rachel Davidson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from The University of Georgia from 2005 to 2008. Rachel then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
