James Fielding

James Fielding currently serves as SVP Head of Reserving RREAG and Head of Reserving for RenaissanceRe Europe, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, James was with KPMG in Bermuda from November 2016 to September 2021, where James advanced from Senior Manager to Director within the Actuarial and Financial Risk Management team. James also held roles at AXIS Capital as an AVP and Reserving Actuary from December 2014 to October 2016, and at Ernst & Young as an Executive between September 2010 and November 2014. James earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh, completing the degree in 2009.
