Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson has worked as a Current Team member at Renal Care 360° since April 2019 and as the EVP Learning Design since the same time. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Field Education and Development at Spectra Laboratories from March 1995 to January 2024.

Pamela Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Music from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching at the University of Phoenix, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they expanded their knowledge by studying Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design at the Harvard Extension School from 2016 to 2018.
