Jennifer Finch

Jennifer Finch has extensive experience in the field of nephrology, currently serving as a Physician and Board Member at Renal Specialists of Houston, PA since January 2004. In addition, Jennifer holds the positions of Medical Director and Co-Chair of the Medical Advisory Board at Fresenius Medical Care North America since July 2011. As a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and a Transplant Nephrologist at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, both positions held since January 2004, Jennifer contributes significantly to medical education and patient care. Jennifer completed nephrology training at Baylor College of Medicine from 2001 to 2003, followed by internal medicine training at the same institution from 1998 to 2001, after earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from 1994 to 1998.
