Jennifer Barnhard McCreary

Jennifer Barnhard McCreary has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jennifer started their career at South State Bank in 2005, where they served as an AVP Senior Credit Analyst and later as an SVP Senior Credit Risk Manager. During their time at South State Bank, they reported to the Chief Credit Officer and managed teams of employees. Jennifer was actively involved in various leadership committees related to IT, operational risk, business continuity, CECL, and model risk management. Their responsibilities included designing and producing reports, underwriting commercial credit requests, completing annual reviews, conducting financial statement analysis, and managing the ALLL analysis. In 2020, Jennifer joined Renasant Bank as the SVP Director of Credit Risk Management. Overall, they have a strong background in credit risk management and has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of banking operations.

Jennifer Barnhard McCreary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Jennifer attended the institution from 2000 to 2004.
