Karen Skretkowicz

Karen Skretkowicz serves as the Director of Shareholder Services and Associate Counsel, FVP at Renasant Bank since July 2019. Prior to this role, Karen worked as Corporate Counsel for Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. from 2013 to 2018, providing legal counsel across various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Earlier experience includes a position as a Contract Attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims from 2008 to 2013, where Karen contributed to numerous arbitration cases and fraud claims. Karen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
