The Human Resources Team at Renata Limited is responsible for managing and developing the company's most valuable assets—its employees. This includes recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development. The team ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters a positive work environment, and aligns human resources strategies with the company's overall business goals to support both human pharmaceuticals and animal therapeutics operations across the Mirpur and Rajendrapur sites.
